General Rules & Regulations
Students suffering from any contagious disease will not be allowed to attend school until they have fully recovered.
Parents are expected to cooperate with the school by ensuring that their children complete all homework and follow the general rules and regulations of the school.
All students must participate in all school functions and activities. Refusal to do so will be treated as deliberate disobedience and will be dealt with strictly.
Parents are not allowed to enter classrooms or instruct their children during school hours. All communication with teachers during school hours must be done through the school administrator’s office only.
Any fee once paid is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
The decisions taken by the Administrator or Manager in all matters related to the school will be final and binding.
The school authorities will not be responsible for the safety of students after school hours. Parents must make necessary arrangements to ensure that their children return home safely immediately after school.
Fees Policy
The school fee structure may be revised from time to time as per management decisions. Fees are collected in installments on pre-decided dates. Any delay in fee submission will attract late charges. Students taking admission in the middle of the academic session are required to pay full-term fees unless special permission is granted by the administration.
Withdrawal Policy
Parents are required to submit a one-month written notice before withdrawing a student. If a student is withdrawn during the academic session, the full year’s fees must be paid without exception.
